Plan & Prepare:

Lay off the blood-thinning meds or supplements a week prior (like aspirin or fish oil).
Give alcohol a break for at least 24 hours before. And if you wear makeup to you visit it will be removed.
After-Care & Upkeep:

Avoid massaging or poking the treated areas for 24 hours. Try to stay upright and avoid lying down for 4 hours post-treatment.
